Returns & Refunds Policy

At Furnitly, we aim to offer high-quality products and a smooth customer experience. However, if something goes wrong, or you simply change your mind, we’re here to help. Below you'll find all the details on how to return an item and when you're eligible for a refund.

Items Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Upon Delivery
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll take full responsibility.

✔️ You are eligible for a return and full refund if:
The product was damaged during delivery (e.g., scratched, broken, parts missing).

The product is defective and does not function as intended.

You received the wrong product.

How to report it:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customerservice@furnitly.com.

Include:

Your order number

Clear photos of the damage, defect, or wrong item

A short explanation of the issue

What happens next:
We’ll assess the issue and may offer a repair, replacement, or full refund.

In these cases, return shipping costs are fully covered by Furnitly or our supplier.

Refunds are issued within 14 days after receiving the returned item or confirming the issue.

Returns for Unwanted Items (Changed Your Mind)
Changed your mind? No problem—you have the legal right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days.

Return conditions:
You must notify us of the return within 14 calendar days of receiving the order.

The item must be:

Unused

Unassembled

In its original condition and packaging

❗Important:
Items that have been assembled, installed, or used are not eligible for return under this policy.

The product must be returned complete, including all original accessories, parts, and packaging materials.

Costs & fees:
Return shipping is at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed.

A restocking fee of 10–20% of the item’s value may apply for large or bulky items (e.g., sofas, beds, cabinets). This covers handling and warehouse processing.

The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Refund timeline:
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.

If the returned item is damaged or incomplete, a deduction will be made from the refund.

To initiate a return, contact customerservice@furnitly.com with your order number and reason for return.

What If You Damage the Product After Delivery?
If the product is damaged after you receive it, for example:

You drop the item during unboxing

You scratch or break a part while assembling it

You misuse the product in a way that causes damage

This type of damage is not covered under the right of withdrawal or warranty.

In such cases:

The item is not eligible for a return, refund, or free repair.

We reserve the right to refuse the return or deduct the repair/replacement cost from your refund.

Please always handle items carefully, especially during unpacking and assembly.

❌ Returns Not Accepted If:
The 14-day return period has passed.

The product has been used, assembled, or installed.

The product is not in its original condition or packaging.

The product was damaged after delivery due to improper handling or use.

The product is customized or made-to-order (not currently sold by Furnitly, but covered for future offers).
